How often does Pet Patio Pickup come and replace the patios?
- Once a week (4x/month)
- Twice a week (8x/month)
- Once every other week (2x/month)
How long does each pickup/delivery take?
- Pickups/deliveries vary between 5 minutes and 15 minutes.
Do I need to be home to let you in?
No.
- Please provide instructions on how and when you want your patios changed out.
- Please provide a key to your building staff if necessary on days of delivery.
- Otherwise please inform your building staff you have granted us access prior to pickup.
How do you determine the number of pickups?
- Pickups are determined by the frequency of product usage.
- Our product is intended to replace 1-2 walks a day, per dog. We require more pickups if the product is used more then what is intended or if you have multiple dogs.
- Lastly, as responsible pet parents, we encourage you to pick up after your dog after he or she uses their patio.
What are the sizes of the pet patios?
- Each patio is approximately 2’ X 3’.
- We provide you and your furry little companion with 2 patios.
What if my dog needs more space?
- We provide additional “pet patios” upon special request for an added charge of $20.00/patio pickup.
Does Pet Patio Pickup work inside?
Yes.
- Some clients choose to place their pet’s patio in spare bathrooms, bedrooms or other unoccupied space. Please notify us prior to initial install if you plan on using it indoors.
- PPP offers fire hydrant trash receptacle, however we recommend flushing your dog(s) “gifts” during inside usage.
What about smells?
- Smells are contained in the fire hydrant trash receptacle.
How do we keep our patios clean until scheduled pickup?
- The most responsible way to pickup after “you know who” is to flush his or her bowel movement down the toilet.
- Otherwise, use our complementary, 100% bio-degradable poop bags and place your companion's bowel movements in the fire hydrant until your next scheduled pickup.
How do I schedule a pickup/delivery?
- Pick a day and time convenient to you, Monday through Friday, 9am - 7pm.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?
- Not a problem, we simply request a 24 notice in advance.
- Call the office and provide two alternative times for pickup.
- We will try our best to accommodate your scheduling needs.
What if I need to go out of town?
- No problem! Please call us prior to come pick up all products and materials until you return.
How do you accept payments? Do you accept credit cards?
- We accept personal checks and cash.

How does the referral program work?
- Each client receives 1 free pickup for each referral.
- Refer 3 clients and receive an additional pickup free (total of 4 pickups).
- Referrals are rewarded at the end of the term.
How does the 2 week free trial period work?
- The 2 week free trial gives you the opportunity to try our product and service and determine if Pet Patio Pickup offers a solution to your pet's particular needs.
- During the trial period a Pet Patio Pickup representative will schedule your free pickup and answer any questions and concerns you may have. Feel free to call us at ay point. We're here to help!
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes, we are a service-based business and a contract is required.
- We offer 3 types of contracts depending on the term.
- Discounts apply to longer term contracts.
- After your 2 week free trial a PPP representative will read through the contract with you and discuss various packages.
What if it is not working?
- We offer basic training instructions.
- More specific instructions are available upon request.
- After two weeks, two PPP representatives come and pick up all products and materials.
Don’t you think this product/service promotes not walking your dog?
- Our product is designed to take the place of the quick-and-to-the-point walks that usually take place early in the morning or late at night, walks that are usually just used for bathroom breaks - not exercise. Essentially, we believe that bathroom breaks are bathroom breaks, and walks should be predominantly for exercise. We still strongly recommend your dog receive the daily exercise/walks he or she deserves.

Do you offer dog walking?
- Yes we do, but for clients only. We charge $10.00 for a 20 minute walk.
- If you're not a current client, we can refer you to a quality dog walking service.
Do you clean up yards?
- No, but we can recommend companies that do.
